At this time of year, the countryside around us comes alive again after the Winter months. New buds on trees start to unfold as a first sign that Spring is on its way. The daffodils are standing in all their glory, the bluebells are beginning to raise their heads and the wild garlic will soon be pungent in the Spring air.
